You may return or exchange your item within 2 days from the date of purchase.
- The complaint regarding DEFECT in the product should be brought in our notice within 24 hours of order received by customer. After this time-frame no returns would be accepted. If customer is not available at provided shipping address to open & check the product kindly inform us before placing order at our website.
- Pictures of the jewelries are for reference only. There may be some variation due to lighting & camera effects. Such complaints for returning or refunding the product would not be accepted.
- Please read the description of product carefully before placing an order. You will receive the product as exactly as mentioned in the description. Product quality or material complaints are never considered. Return or Refund for the same would not be accepted.
- If you receive the product not similar to the product mentioned in description, you may place the request to refund or exchange the product.
You need to place all the original packaging in the return box, including your return product and a copy of the invoice. The product must be returned in its original condition. We are not responsible for products damaged or lost in transit. In case of damage, alteration or wear, a refund will not be issued. Customer need to bear all the return shipping cost. We do not cover the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or broken due to our company's fault.
A refund will be issued within 7 to 10 working days from the date of receiving back your order in the form the payment was received or in gift card.
